Apart from being nice to look at, edible flowers are super important to our process on the farm. Our edible flowers act as vegetative barriers bordering all production areas. This not only increases our pollinator & beneficial insect community, but collects water runoff and prevents soil erosion. Plus they pack a punch of nutrients.
